When your hug will arrive
Where it ships from: our partner warehouse in the UK.
How long: dispatched in 1–2 working days, then 2–4 working days with tracking. Usually 3–6 working days in total. You'll see your exact dates on the product page and we'll email tracking as soon as it leaves.
Cost: free tracked delivery to Great Britain. Prices include VAT, with no extra fees on arrival.
Christmas: order by [16 December] for delivery before Christmas.
Where we deliver: England, Scotland and Wales. We don't ship to Northern Ireland or outside the UK yet.

100-day money-back guarantee
Live with your hug for up to 100 days. If it isn't right for you, email [hello@marbleby.com] with your order number and a line about why. We'll refund you in full, including delivery. You don't need to send it back.
One guarantee refund per household. This promise is in addition to your legal rights: you can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Arrived damaged or faulty? Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
